Initial Consultation

At our initial meeting I will delve deep into your current health presentation by discussing your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, family history, personal medical history, medication and supplements as well as looking at physical examinations, anthropometrics, pathology, test results and iridology. Analysing the interconnected nature of all body systems and other aspects of your wellbeing, a holistic assessment is constructed. You will receive a comprehensive treatment plan after the consultation, guiding you with nutritional and lifestyle advice, through your initial health goals towards optimal well-being. A bespoke prescription of herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, flower essences, tissue salts or homeopathic remedies, whatever is best indicated for you, will be offered. Functional testing and pathology may also be recommended.
Naturopathy Follow-up Consultation
Available in person or online - Your health investment is $110
At our follow-up meetings we will review and monitor progress with your health goals and continually build on your holistic assessment. We will review and tweak your treatment plan and prescription as I offer continued guidance through your health goals towards your optimal well-being.
Naturopathy Acute Consultation
Available in person, online or phone - Your health investment is $110
A short consultation, should an acute ailment develop requiring a simple prescription for symptomatic relief, a preventative remedy, repeat prescription, or to order pathology or functional testing.
Flower Essences / Herbal Energetics Therapy.
Available in person or online - Your health investment is $90
At this consultation I will take your case with a view to discussing the underlying emotional factors and metaphysical links that may be the drivers of your presenting symptoms and health. You will receive a bespoke formula of flower essences and micro-dosed herbs to support and balance your emotional, mental and metaphysical health and thereby help to improve connected physical symptoms.
Iridology.
Available in person only - Your health investment is $130
At your visit I will photograph the irises of both eyes using an Eyeronec digital iridology camera. After your photography session you will receive digital copies of your iris photos and a detailed iridology report. Your report will include an explanation of your constitution and generational predispositions, along with interpretation of any notable iris markings. Relevant nutritional and lifestyle recommendations will be offered according to your iridology presentation.
